Roofs, dormers, extensions and garden rooms built from the ground up — and the staircases, wardrobes, media walls and panelling that go inside them afterwards.
Cutting a hip roof and fitting a lit media wall sit at opposite ends of a build, and most carpenters are booked for one or the other. On a W.S.E job they're the same firm, a few weeks apart.
An old flat-roof garage became a beauty room with a vaulted ceiling, a pitched roof, a wet room and a matching porch. A garden room gym went in from the ground up. A double-storey extension went from foundations to Christmas. Then the panelling, the wardrobes and the staircase went in behind them.
It's the reason the work below jumps between roof timbers in the rain and a finished room with the lights on — and the reason there's one number to ring for either.
